These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Orders are placed through our online checkout and paid in full at the time of ordering. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a part is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we can't verify payment — and will refund anything paid in full.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Postage or collection is chosen at checkout and shown before you pay.
Performance parts are engine- and model-specific. Product pages state what each part fits and any options (turbo fitment, injector nozzle size, clutch type etc). Please check your engine code and spec before ordering — if you're unsure, ask us first on 07767 256212 and we'll confirm the right part. We're not liable for parts ordered for the wrong application, though our returns policy still applies to unused parts.
Some items (refurbished cylinder heads, engine rebuilds, piston machining and similar) are supplied on a surcharge/exchange basis or require your unit to be sent to us. Where a refundable core surcharge is shown, it is refunded once we receive your original unit in a rebuildable condition. Workshop labour, fitting, remapping and engine builds are quoted and paid at the workshop, not through this website.
We post to UK addresses using tracked courier services; you'll receive a shipped notification with tracking. Large or heavy items may be marked collection only. Collection and fitting are free from our Bedford workshop by arrangement. International orders are by quotation — contact us before ordering. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

New parts supplied by us carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Branded parts (Sachs, Bosch, ZEX, Dbilas etc) carry the manufacturer's own warranty in addition. Used, refurbished and exchange units are sold as described and are excluded unless stated on the product page.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, use outside the stated specification, competition/motorsport use, lack of supporting modifications, or consequential loss. Any warranty claim requires the part to be returned to us for inspection.
Many of our parts increase engine output beyond factory specification. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains safe, legal and adequately insured for road use, and to inform your insurer of modifications. Some products are intended for off-road or competition use only where stated.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we aren't liable for loss of use, loss of profit or other indirect losses.
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to your order.
