Straightforward version: you can change your mind on unused parts within 14 days, faulty parts are sorted under the Consumer Rights Act, and the fastest way to resolve anything is to ring the workshop on 07767 256212.
If you're a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel, tell us clearly — by phone, email or WhatsApp — within that period, then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Exceptions: the right to cancel doesn't apply to items made or modified to your specification (for example injectors built to a chosen nozzle size, machined pistons, or a head built with your chosen cams and springs), or to services already carried out at your request.
Where you've paid a refundable core surcharge, it's refunded once we receive your original unit in a rebuildable condition. Units that are cracked, damaged beyond repair or incomplete may not qualify — we'll tell you before deciding.
If a part is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice — ideally within 30 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We'll cover return postage for a genuine fault or our error. Faults caused by incorrect fitting, use beyond the stated spec or missing supporting modifications aren't covered, so please talk to us before fitting if anything looks wrong.
