Custom software, written for your hardware — not a generic file flashed and forgotten.
Every remap we write is calibrated to the exact hardware on the car — turbo, injectors, intercooler, clutch — and to what you actually want from it. A Stage 1 daily gets smooth, safe, usable torque. A big-turbo PD build gets a full custom calibration developed with logging on the road.
We specialise in VAG and BMW diesel engines — the platforms our own parts are developed on. That means the software side and the hardware side are matched by the same people, in the same building. If the hardware needs to change before the software can do its job, we'll tell you straight.
Supplying and fitting one of our turbos or injector sets? Fitting and mapping are quoted together as a package.
Before any software goes near the ECU we check the car over — boost leaks, worn sensors or a tired clutch will ruin a good map. If something needs sorting first, you'll know before we start.
We read your original file, keep a safe copy, and calibrate the new software to your exact hardware and goals — fuelling, boost, torque limits and smoke all set for your setup, not a generic template.
The map goes on, then we data-log on the road and refine until it's right — clean delivery, safe EGTs, no smoke screen behind you.
You get the car back with the work explained in plain English: what it makes, what changed, and what to upgrade next if you want more.
The same process scales from a sensible Stage 1 on a family Golf to our own 449bhp diesel-only Mk4 — every big build in our gallery runs software written here. If you're running one of our hybrid turbos, uprated injectors or a built engine, the map is developed around those exact parts because we build and fit them in the same workshop.
Not sure what stage your hardware supports? That's what the booking form asks — tell us what's fitted and we'll tell you honestly what it can hold, and what it can't.

Not if the hardware is healthy and the software respects its limits — that's why we check the car first and log after. What hurts engines is generic files pushed past what worn components can take. We won't map a car we wouldn't drive ourselves.
A straightforward Stage 1 is normally done the same day. Custom calibrations for big-turbo builds take longer because road logging and refinement take as long as they take — we'll give you a realistic timescale when you book.
Yes — we map hardware, wherever it was fitted. Tell us exactly what's on the car in the booking form and we'll calibrate for it. If something's not up to the job we'll flag it rather than mask it with software.
