Manifolds, exhausts and pipework — designed and TIG-welded in-house to fit your build.
Some parts can't come out of a catalogue. Our tubular turbo manifolds, custom stainless exhaust systems and intercooler pipework are designed around the actual car — measured, mocked up, TIG-welded and test fitted here in the workshop.
The same fabrication work goes into the manifolds supplied with our turbo packages — including the TIG-welded tubular manifold under our flagship GTB2871 ball-bearing kit. If you've seen our parts, you've seen our welding.
Stainless systems built on the car — turbo-back, decat, downpipes — made to fit your setup properly, not persuaded on with brackets and hope.
Intercooler pipework, custom intakes and silicone runs for hybrid and big-turbo conversions, routed cleanly and sized for the power.
The tubular and modified manifolds under our own turbo conversions are made here — the same fabrication goes into one-off customer work.
Battery relocations, gauge mounts, repairs and the odd jobs that keep a project moving. If it's metal and it's for a car, ask.
Fabrication here isn't a sideline — it's how our own cars exist. The 4" titanium exhaust and ceramic-coated tubular manifold on our 449bhp Golf, the custom 3" systems and boost pipes on customer builds in the gallery: all made in this workshop. When fabrication, fitting and mapping happen under one roof, everything is made to work together.

Usually, and often improve on it — send photos with your booking and we'll tell you what's involved for your car and budget.
For exhausts and boost pipework we'll almost always recommend stainless — it lasts, it looks right and it welds cleanly. We'll talk materials and finish (polished, ceramic coated) when we quote.
For anything made-to-fit, yes — custom work is built on the car so it fits your car, not a template. We'll give you a realistic timescale when you book.
