Dealer-level equipment and methodical fault finding. We find the real problem first.
Warning light, limp mode, smoke, poor running, boost issues — diagnostics is where every job here starts. We use dealer-level diagnostic equipment and live data logging to trace faults properly, then talk you through what we found and what fixing it involves before any work begins.
We're especially at home diagnosing modified diesels — over-boost and under-boost faults, actuator and N75 issues, injector problems and maps that don't match the hardware. If a previous remap is the culprit, we can prove it with logs and fix it with software.
The symptoms tell half the story — when it happens, what it feels like, what changed recently. That's why the booking form asks. A good description saves you diagnostic time and money.
Full-system scan, then live data while the fault is actually happening — boost, fuelling, temperatures, sensor readings — not just a code read and a guess.
We test the suspected component before condemning it. Throwing parts at a fault is the expensive way to fix a car — we find the cause, then fix the cause.
Repair done, fault codes cleared, and the car road tested to prove the symptom is actually gone — not just that the light went out.
Limp mode, flashing glow plug lights, smoke, mystery power loss — diesel faults are our home turf, and more than one customer has arrived here after several garages couldn't crack it. Because we build and map these engines, we know what the live data should look like — which is how you spot what's wrong.

Sometimes. A steady light with no symptoms is usually safe to book in normally; a flashing light, limp mode or a car that's noticeably down on power wants looking at sooner. Describe it in the booking form and we'll advise when you book.
This is one of the most common cars we see. Bring the history — what's been changed and when — and we'll start from the live data rather than the last guess.
Gladly — mapped and modified cars are what we know best, including setups other garages won't touch. Tell us what's fitted in the booking form.
